VOID WHERE PROHIBITED:

FFL: Firearms and lower receivers must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) in your State of residence pursuant to Federal and State law. So, should you purchase a firearm or lower receiver on this site, please make sure to contact a FFL in your area to receive the item and have that FFL email us a signed copy of their FFL license with a reference to your name in the email. Until we receive the same, we can not ship your item.

KNOW THE LAW: It is your responsibility to know whether it is legal for you to own a particular firearm or item listed on this site where you reside. If you are unsure, please check with a local FFL or other person with reliable information before purchasing. Should you not be able to own a firearm or item from this website and you have already purchased said item, we charge a re-stock/cancelation fee of $25 plus 4% of the total of the purchasing price and shipping fee.

AGE REQUIREMENTS: Pursuant to Federal and State law, you must be age 21 or over to purchase handguns or lower receivers; and you must be age 18 or over to purchase rifles. The same age requirements apply for the ammunition applicable to each. And, for any ammunition purchases, you must email, fax, or mail to us a clear copy of your valid drivers license before we can ship the ammunition. Ammunition will only be shipped by UPS ground, so please make sure to select said shipping option when checking out.

USED ITEMS: For any of our used items, please understand that we have not tested it for functionality but rather have just described it to the best of our ability.
