Features a flattop upper receiver with white T-marks and picatinny rail, the desirable 16 inch threaded chrome moly steel barrel in standard 1:9 twist chambered in 5.56 MM, detachable flashhider, and RRA Flip Front Sight Gas Block Assembly.

Includes a RRA Quad Rail Free Float Handguard in CAR length, and the RRA Eotech Dominator2 Mount

Fully compatible with not just Rock River Arms lower halves but also any other Mil-Spec lower (Colt, Bushmaster, Rock River, Armalite, Spikes, Double Star, Smith and Wesson, DPMS, LMT, etc).
