How do I return an item / cancellations?

Fort Bradley Firearms purchases direct from manufacturers, distributors, and authorized wholesalers to offer our customers the best products and pricing. As a result, for warranty or suspected defect issues, we direct you to the manufacturer.

We do not accept returns unless an item is not as represented on our website. Should an item arrive not as represented on our website because of an issue not related to shipping damage (we are not responsible for any shipping damage), please contact our customer service department:

Within 48 hours of pickup from your FFL for firearms or lower receivers
or
Within 10 days of our ship date for all other items.

We will not accept returns unless the applicable time frame above is met and unless the item is not as represented on our website. Any returns are subject to our terms, including that the item must be unused and in the same packaging and condition as when shipped.

We strongly urge you to opt for shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for any damages incurred during shipment.

Once an order is placed, you cannot cancel it or receive a refund. All purchase are final.
