All lower receivers, lower halves, and firearms (handguns, rifles, and shotguns) must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) to comply with State and Federal laws. After you have completed your purchase, please email us a signed copy of your FFL's license so that we can ship your item(s). If you have any questions about whether an item is legal to possess in your home State, please check with your FFL before purchasing otherwise should we determine that we can not ship the item to your State, you will incur a twenty percent (20%) fee based upon the total purchase price together with shipping for the necessity of canceling the purchase, to be deducted from any payment that you have made. |
